It's not fixed as of 2016-05-24 08:50 edt. Installs sometimes happen but
no indicator that the package is installed, just the same "Install"
button shows. Further, "Important OS updates" does nothing for

This is on a fresh install of 8.10 This is the first package I tried to
add with the following message after citidel installed:
