Hi, TBH I am not too sure. I have not looked at the code. Maybe there is a fallback/default size. I think those are just GTK warnings and not the root cause of or related to the segfault/crash. This bug I think is a duplicate of: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/putty/+bug/1720905

Public bug reported: Hello liferea developers, I also sent an email about this problem to your mailing list. I'd recently reinstalled liferea, and since then the news bin doesnt keep feed items, it deletes them every time I end the liferea session. in previous installs this wasn't the case.
