Tried changing the system shortcut for "Shift+Ctrl+Alt+R" (Gnome Record) but it was not the issue. I think shortcuts of programs like PHPStorm or DBeaver are interfering with the Hubstaff shortcut because Hubstaff's shortcut works if I open the Hubstaff first without opening other applications.
