I don't think this is a Firefox-only issue. I upgraded to Jaunty on the day of release, but didn't use the desktop till yesterday. I'm seeing all software behave the same way. Specifically: Firefox, Pidgin and Picasa 3 beta (from the Google repository), and whatever program is the default image

Shouldn't this bug be marked as a duplicate of #96991? AMD seems to only be tracking it as a feature similar to what NVidia's driver does, making up for the original X design issue. Also, #96991 is nearly fixed, so once that is done, this would be too. -- Videos tear and blink when enabling
