did also work. Since I have no analog telephone jack anymore I cannot
test right now if dialing and data transmission also work, I can try to
do that somewhere if you need this too.
OK? Do you need anything more?

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: util-linux
Release: 8.10
util-linux: 2.14-1ubuntu2
According to the man-page this should work:
sfdisk -uS /dev/sdb EOF

,512000
EOF
I got these values by creating the 256MB partition in fdisk, then list the
values with sfdisk -l

bail out in the update than fry the grub installation that works (solaris' one).

Sorry, bug can probably be closed because situation isn't that simple.
menu.lst was wrong (from before install of solaris) and that probably caused
the wrong grub installation.
So something went wrong but nothing reproducible. And solaris still doesn't
boot...

Will be interesting to see if solaris has chroot too :) or how it works.

I just looked at dazuko.org and the new version there (2.3.4) compiles cleanly.
I haven't testet it though. Maybe a sync with upstream is necessary.

changed the

I had and reported a similar problem in rpmstrap. Maybe linking /bin/sh to
/bin/dash is NOT such a good idea??
