I had this problem after updating the Nvidia driver 100.14.19 with the
latest 169.07 ,,
i have the same versions ,, my card is GeForce 6200LE PCI-e ,, in order
to correct this i have to reinstall the Driver each time i boot up (the
100.14.19 version ) ,, is there anyone who confirm that ,, because
