It has been seen that Icinga does not monitor all the services in the
Cloud. Many services like rabbitmq-server/mysql/apache2 etc.
In case the above service is stopped it is not been monitored in Icinga
and becomes difficult for the cloud users/admins

In the cloud controller Icinga is configured to monitor all the services
however the above services are not getting monitored...by it .
