I can confirm the big on my powerbook 12 1.5 ghz, nvida 5200 Go running ubuntu
edgy updated as of today. I am pretty sure the problem is caused by the usage
of open firmware (ofonly) framebuffer instead of rivafb framebuffer. My

I can confirm that brightness control still is'nt working on my 12 powerbook
with ubunti edgy fully updated as of today. Using Fn+F1/F2 I just get the shiny
gtkpbbutons slider to move but with no effect whatsoever on display brightness.
Using fblevel I get this error message:
