My system is working fine with 5.13.0-40-generic kernel and nvidia-
driver-510...
Switching to 5.13.0-41 is messing something up...
Black screen after grub.
No graphic at all (black screen).
Further investigation show problems with the nvidia module :

I'm affected too.
13.04 + eduroam (WPA2/PEAP/MSCHAPv2/self signed certificate)
The workaround, as pointed by #19 and #23 : suppress the "system-ca-
cert=true" (or make it false) from the network-manager profile.
That's works.
Seems that the «Ignore» button when cert alert is displayed was
just.
Same on karmic, performance seems impacted for me...

mv /etc/rcS.d/S25open-iscsi /etc/rcS.d/S50open-iscsi do the trick
