I added one parameter in grub boot parameter. Parameter is nosmp. I can plugged AC power when I booting the HP mini 2140 with above boot parameter: nosmp. - Pass Disable Dual Core options in 2140 of BIOS is one choice. -- Pass. (It's was failed when booting with enable Dual Core of Options.)
