If haven't done so, and if you still have the xorg-edgers ppa installed
you need to remove it:
sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudo ppa-purge
the upgrade should then run smoothly.
After its done, if can't get into the desktop or if you only can run low
graphics mode, then you sho
