Way to reproduce:
1. Go to bluetooth settings
2. Enable bluetooth
now it's turned on
3. Go back to "settings menu", and then back to bluetooth settings
.. and bluetooth is turned off.

Kernel from #4 fixes this for me but only the urb callback issue. When I
connect my usb headset, I will randomly get either the loudspeaker or
microphone but not both.
pactl list shows either profile
output:analog-stereo: Analog Stereo Output (sinks: 1, sources:
0, priority.
Correcting a bit my previous comment #18... seems not to be kernel
related, on both 3.13.0-26 and 3.5.7.1 behaviour is random, sometimes
you get loudspeaker, sometimes microphone and maybe once out of dozen
tries you get both loudspeaker and microphone.

I agree with this report and the suggestion that lilypond should be
moved from the recommends to suggestions.
I also agree with Christoph on the matter of moving the citation
management tools to suggestions. Like Christoph, I think this case is
more debatable than lilypond. Still, being one of

cmake for kdelibs svn trunk also fails because of this. It seems that is
looks for the phonon includes from /usr/include/phonon, when in fact
they are in /usr/include/qt4/phonon. Symlinking it to /usr/include will
make cmake pass, but the compilation of kdebase then fails.

I had the same problem, performance sucked, disks went from sdaX to
hdaX, audio playback was lousy, etc.
I was able to fix it by adding hda=noprobe into kernel boot parameters.
So I changed my /boot/grub/menu.lst kernel line from (only relevant
parts shown)
kernel
Seems to be dependency problem in boo of some of the mono-packages.
Installing package libmono1.0-cil will fix this.
