[Bug 871485] [NEW] Device Not Managed/Device Not Ready AR5007

Public bug reported: I installed with 11.10 Beta2 Alternate x86 from USB WiFi card is AR5007 802.11 b/g Internet will work, pings successful. Network manager does not show any connected networks, or nearby AP's. Network Manager showed Device Not Managed This also affects Ubuntu Software Center
