I installed using x86 Alternate because GUI setup would crash and not complete
install.
After i booted first time after using Alt, disk. i noticed that the internet
would work but Network Manager and Software Center would not show an Internet
connection. After a reboot the entire internet

Wireless network in network-manager applet always shows

I installed with 11.10 Beta2 Alternate x86 from USB
WiFi card is AR5007 802.11 b/g
Internet will work, pings successful. Network manager does not show any
connected networks, or nearby AP's. Network Manager showed Device Not Managed
This also affects Ubuntu Software Center
