I have the same problem running kubuntu gutsy, and with ubuntu-desktop
installed. I get always the error:

I upgraded from 0.3.1.3-0ubuntu4 five days ago. I'm using edgy for some
months . Powerpc arch.
The issue it's the same as some months ago when I upgraded to edgy:
Alt+Space don't open katapult and when you try to configure it, it

I didn't know that kexi-mdb-driver is in Universe and I don't know
exactly the ubuntu-universe policy.
I was trying to migrate a mdb database with kexi (without the mdb driver
installed) for a while until I found the mdb package via apt-cache.
I filled this bug because I think that non tech
kexi-mdb-driver version 1.0-0ubuntu1, and powerpc architerture.
I see now that crash during the import if I execute:
$ kexi Nwind.mdb
but it works fine if I run:
$ kexi
without args and later I import the Nwind.mdb.
