I used monitor applet. At this moment, problem is solved by setting off other display (which was automatically set on although I never used it). The problem remains only in the login screen - there is only was smaller login windows - see the attachment... Now I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 ... **

@Alex: thanks for adding my machine to the patch... I have tried to use current upstream kernel (both 2.6.34-020634rc7 and current daily build) with added grub parameter acpi_sleep=sci_force_enable, but both of them with no success, the problem with second wakeup still remains I will wait for
