Well, it is working now, since the new bios P23 (EVGA NF680SLi mobo) came out.
But it was stange that before upgrading the bios, it was working on other
distros.
I am using Ubuntu Edgy 6.10, but it was the same under Dapper. Anyway, i give
the "lspci -vvn" in file attachment

Same problem with Nforce 680i chipset, the nforce nic doesn't work under edgy
2.6.17-10-generic kernel.
I have to use an old 3Com nic...
