I installed a fresh ubuntu 12.04 desktop with raid0 disks (so I installed
postfix - I've read this could be a problem).
If I try to login via ssh to this new machine, I always receive this error:
Read from socket failed: Connection reset by peer
output ssh -vvv yehudi
sshd is running.
ps ax | grep ssh
907 ?Ss 0:00 /usr/sbin/sshd -D
What I noticed is that on other machines where I'm able to login his is the
output:
ps ax | grep ssh
907 ?Ss 0:00 /usr/sbin/sshd -D
1774 ?Ss 0:00 /usr/bin/ssh-agent /usr/bin/dbus-launch
I purged openssh-server then reinstalled it and everything went fine!

Sorry that I cannot show anything, as my system is absolutely new Ozelot know,
and everything else seems to be washed away for that matter.
I have to guess it was because I left the update unatended and therefore no GNU
or KD? INSTALLED OR SO.
When got to a browser through the folders,

i made some mistakes though anyway
...so thing is done I am on the newest version empty,
but lucky.
One thing, I dunno if it was for a false computername that the updater
didn`t just click into the incomplete update but did it all again instead.

Thanks to the Maverik DD I found a way to go onine to here.
Bug maybe that I missed the opportunity to enable all updates but left on only
update from and for Linux stuff!? What me do?
