I just received an update which seems to have solved the problem on my
laptop (tried suspend and resume -> no weird screen). According to
/var/log/apt/history.log the latest updates are:
Install: linux-modules-extra-5.13.0-30-generic:amd64 (5.13.0-30.33~20.04.1,
automatic),
I have exactly the same as in
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vaqp7alieKk=youtu.be. very
serious bug !!

Title:
[amdgpu] Random noise 'static'
I have had this problem since upgrading to 18.04. I am on a lenovo x260.
I could not solve it so i disabled my touchpad in the BIOS. Recently I
tried to reenable the touchpad and to my surprise it worked again.
However, since I updated my system last week the error is back. Very
frequent, random
For me problem happens when using two monitors with "high" resolution
3840x2160 (had two older monitors until yesterday). I use a Lenovo x260
and a dock. Machine freezes. From my logs
08:34:43 gnome-session-b: CRITICAL: Unable to create a DBus proxy for
GnomeScreensaver: Error calling
No screenshots go to my clipboard either. Saving to files is just fine
