Also, I believe I selected to skip Wi-Fi connection on my successful
attempt. Bug report was done on 1st try.

apport failing to collect
RPI imgs from:
https://ubuntu-mate.org/raspberry-pi/
SDcard is fine. Loaded per instructions found on web site. Followed
wizard instructions during load.
I was able to successfully install by not selecting encrypted home
folder. Same media after reboot.
