Title:
Broadcom BCM3415 wireless: driver
P.P.S.
The following line in /etc/rc.local leads to functioning wifi on the
Lenovo Ideapad S10e with the BCM4315 device:
( modprobe b43; sleep 2; rmmod b43 ssb; sleep 1; modprobe wl)
As I wrote above: this is with the b43-fwcutter package (b43 module) and
the original Broadcom STA driver
P.S.
Kernel version: 3.0.0-12-generic
I had been tweaking /etc/modprobe.d; b43 is presently in the blacklist;
not sure about wl (it is in a blacklist-blah.conf~ backup file).
