There are two [Audio Output] which have volume control,
headphone won't get volume control if both speaker get the volume control,
especially when pulseaudio mute those speaker volume controls

S02US on a fresh install of Xubuntu 12.10. Audio is only coming out of

channel, and when forced to use multiple channels, channel 1 and 2 route
to the

I have the exact same problem, speaker-test detects 1 channel and only
tests left. Audio from one speaker only, got 2 speakers and a subwoofer
too (JBL Built-in laptop speakers). Laptop: Samsung Series 7 NP700Z5C-
S01US.
