I need to set my own custom background color in the lubuntu netbook
launcher, cos' its default light blue means, in Russian determinations,
gay orientation, also I just dislike that color. Found and editing the
file /etc/xdg/lxlauncher/gtkrc, trying one by one to
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
