Public bug reported:

This bug probably only affects laptops with immature efi implementations.
The uefi-bios of the lenovo x325 has a problem with the efi file structure of
grub-efi. After the latest grub-efi update it would not boot but only displayed
"Operating system not found". I fixed this by creating an efi startup script on
the efi partition, booting from a usb-stick.
I used a startup script as proposed at:
http://www.rodsbooks.com/efi-bootloaders/installation.html
Called "startup.nsh" containing just one line:
fs0:\EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi
I put this directly on the efi partition.
