Title:
d-i fails network detection on servers
Here is a screen shot of the error message regarding firmware. This
seems to be what holds up the installation (and as mentioned above, did
not happen in 12.04 LTS or earlier). From this screen, I select No to
skip loading firmware from external storage media.
At this point d-i proceeds through
