Unfortunately we cannot access this system unless we were to send an
engineer in with a USB stick. If this is really necessary we may be able
to arrange it, but for now I'm going to set this to confirmed.

This is the same as the bug I opened previously: Bug #1014729
To answer the question, The server I referenced in my bug was certified
for Precise, Oneiric, Natty and Maverick. This is a regression in the
installer as of Quantal.
