Public bug reported: Hi,
when I'm starting up EVO (http://evo.caltech.edu/evoNext/koala.jnlp), I get a JRE crashdump. I'll attach the dump to this bug report. I'm not entirely certain what other information is necessary to debug this issue. I'm running Xubuntu Precise with up-to-date patches, and EVO used to work until about two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I cannot pinpoint the exact updates that introduced the bug as I was out of office for a couple of weeks and probably did not notice the problem right away.
