Public bug reported:

Unplugging the power supply to the netbook (Dell Mini 9) causes computer
the computer to go to sleep. I get a warning that there is not enough
battery power and the machine will suspends. After resuming, I am able
to continue working for hours. The trigger is the removal of the power
supply. This does not happen when the battery is 100% full, only when it
is charging.
