Sort by name sorts by
This bug still exists in 13.04, selecting any of the categories and then
ordering by name seems to result in a completely random sequencing of
the available applications.
I have included and example screenshot showing what happens if selecting
'Games' - 'All 590' and the choosing 'By Name' as

Sorry, I have been looking at the end of the list, where every packagename
starts with lib, and the items were sorted by the last part of the packagename,
but indeed, I could find package 'ri1.9.1' before 'libhd'.
