Public bug reported:

A lot of frames are being dropped when flash-based videos are played in full 
screen in Firefox, Chrome, etc.
The bug is present in the AMD64 and in the x86 version of Ubuntu.
There's very high CPU usage, too (Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GHz, on board).

Under SolusOS 1.2 (Debian-based, GNOME 2.30) and in the latest Fuduntu 
(Fedora-based) there's no such problem.
I suspect that one of the reasons is due to the specific Compiz effects or 
higher version under Ubuntu.
