in the sense the grub.cfg was created without any errors.

So..
An upgrade from Precise server (12.04.01) to Quantal (20120821) server and
'No Kernel modules were found. This probably is due to a mismatch between the
kernel used by this version of the installer and the kernel version available
in the archive' error message appeared. Please find attache
