A few month, as to be honest since the release in April there is no
reaction on this bugreport, as a result of this i have defintely slowed
down my activity on bug reporting+ any other activities within
launchpad.
The errorfixing on such bugs don't take such a long time in other
distributions. A
regarding Quantal it could also be assigned to phython3-software-
properties -missing translations

as far as I know, the GTK-version of software-properties is 100%
translated, because in Ubuntu Precise (with Unity Desktop) and Xubuntu
Precise (XFCE), this issue does not exist. Only the Kubuntu (KDE)
version is affected.
