Well, I've not tried up until just now - but I've just installed the latest
PyPe from the Jaunty (9.04) repository (currently supplying version 2.5) and
it seems to work fine. This is on Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04 AMD64.

suspect the problem to be somewhere in python-wx). Please report any
