Public bug reported:
Old bug was closed because of old compiz version. It also appears in
Ubuntu 12.04 with Gnome 3.
1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Down
2. Next work area will appear.
3. Unpress Down
4. Press key L
5. Nothing happened
Expected: Screen will locked
Screen locks if all buttons was unpressed.
MS Windows works fine :)
