Okay, I have found the problem - it is not a functional problem but a usability
problem.
When I right click on 'To' field or the 'Reply-To' in a message, and choose
'Create filter from message...' it register the right adress I have right
clicked on, but the field is the From field.
I have

Thunderbird 'Create filter from message' should use 'To' instead of 'From'
