When this happens again, can you please open a Terminal and do the
following:
- give me the output of ls -l /var/crash/
- run /usr/share/apport/apport-qt, describe what happens, and
copypaste the output from this program.

it seems like there are two issues here. One is the adept_notifier crash
and the other is the crash handler not displaying the report properly.
Do you see anything in /var/crash following this problem?
