Had the problem with 'teamviewer_linux_x64.deb'. Strange that this one
wanted to install over 100 :i386 packages.

try force-installing libsane:i386
sudo dpkg -i --force-all /wherever/the/package/is.deb
Not very elegant, but will get your system working (;
