Hey folks,

After the last update to Unity 6.6.0 - the dash and hud, when clicked/opened, 
are breaking the transparency behind them.
I use the "no blur" on my Dell Inspiron 1525 five-year-old laptop due to the 
fact it's way faster than "Active blur" or "static blur" that can be configured 
via CCSM / Ubuntu Tweak.

Active and Static blur are really laggy and slow when running a
video/common task behind them. "No blur", on the other hand - is
astonishing.
