Actually, I believe an update to the Crucial SSD drive's firmware solved
this problem (I forgot to update this bug). For future reference, the
firmware can be downloaded from here:
http://www.crucial.com/support/firmware.aspx

Hi Peter,
I'm not sure if this is a duplicate of bug #991040. Notice from my logs
that I don't get COMRESET messages during boot, and I definitely not
multiple ones. I only see it during resume.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer

v3.6 kernel[0] (Not a kernel in the daily directory) and

I'm afraid I only got the drive a few months ago, and I've only been
running Precise on it. I've been running the latest kernel for mainline
for other reasons for a while, and yesterday I tried the latest 3.6 rc
(7) with the same results. I'll change the tags.
