No it's not. And I think the cards wouldn't hover anywhere even if it
would be.

As you can see, the queen still hovers over the king though
the mouse pointer (invisible in the screenshot) is somewhere around
the diamonds nine. All settings are default. When I pressed the
Alt+Print combination to take the screenshot the queen was dropped
onto the king without another mouse clic
