Public bug reported:

WHAT I DID:

I downloaded Zotero standalone from this page:
http://www.zotero.org/support/3.0#zotero_standalone
After opening the app via its executable, I locked it to the launcher by
right-clicking on its icon and selecting "lock to launcher".

WHAT HAPPENED:
The icon was effectively locked to the launcher but jumped several positions
upwards (random number).
After closing the app, it wasn't possible to open it again from the launcher
(icon pulses but nothing happens).
Opening the app again from the original file would add a second identical icon
to the launcher.
After restarting the computer, the icon was lost.

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
The icon should be locked to the launcher at its actual position; it should be
able to use it to open the app again; and it should stay locked to it even when
the computer restarts.

** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
