After upgrading to kernel image 3.2.0-32 the graphical session does not
respond to mouse and keyboard events after login. The unity launcher
also seems to be a bit more purple than usual.

The critical part seems to be the following error from dmesg:
[    4.736370] [drm:radeon_atom_pick_pll] *ERROR* unable to allocate a PPLL

Everything works perfectly when booting on any kernel image up to and
including 3.2.0-31.
