happy new year
yesterday,I installed Ubuntu 12.10 completely without any errors,but in the
first effort to connecting to the internet when typed pppoeconf command in
the terminal, said:
"Plugin rp-pppoe.so loaded"
I didn't any thought.

I create ppoe connection in the network manager options( for example
"test") then in terminal:
sudo pon test
(shows):
the file /etc/ppp/peers/test does not exist.please create it or use a
command line argument.
i am not sure what it means by "Plugin rp-pppoe.so loaded" in the
warning.

Good, i think you either should use Network Manager fully or not at all
(stop it).
