Both issues are primary described in

Shortly speaking:
1) Brighness buttons work with loong delay. To workaround it after each restart
i should apply "sleep" at least once. After that everything is OK.
2) If i applied at least once "sleep" then after restarting my screen remain
black i.e. No bios post or smth like that.
To workaround that i should simply turn everything off and replug cable.
As we get found (on that branch of previous bug) that there is interest error
arise during debugging my pm-sleep. But still noone could say what to do. Maybe
there know better.
All information about my computer includding lates dmidecode dump could be
found on previous branch.
