v3.7 kernel[0] (Not a kernel in the daily directory) and install both

I've just installed Ubuntu 12.10 x64 on my Latitude e5430, all works
flaweslly except touchpad. Pointer and buttons work but there's no
scroll. In mouse settings there isn't Touchpad tab.
I have xserver-xorg-in
@granjerox; please submit apport logs by opening your Terminal(Ctrl+Al+T) and
run: "apport-collect 1080314" (without quotes).
