Haier CE682 Not Working

Built in network manager (that on the upper right of ubuntu screen)
failed to connect using Haier CE682.

We can use modprobe then continued with wvdial or using pon to connect.
BUT every time it disconnected (whether because crappy signal or network 
overload) we have to unplug then replug before it able to reconnected usefully. 
Reconnecting without following the ritual will result wvdial filling the screen 
with trashy character. 

Oh, tried to resetting the modem using usb_modeswitch -R, it is not
efective. Even if it sometime it success to do redial, it will straight
disconnected while saying something about ppp loop back something.
