Public bug reported: Hi,
When I install Kubuntu Feisty or Edgy I select Johannesburg in South Africa for example. The system installs and sets up my repos to .za which is correct. BUT a big problem is I have to still go to systemsettings and click on "Regional and Language" and set it to Africa => South Africa which fixed the currency spelling etc. This is so important bug to fix because else everyones currency and spelling defaults to a country wherre it is not when the system already knows which country the user is in. ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Regional Settings wrong https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/108341 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
