nouveau 1:1.0.6-0ubuntu2 in Ubuntu 13.04 "Raring Ringtail", which should
allow your NVIDIA GPU to scan-out to HDMI what's being rendered by the
Intel graphics processor. Can you test with a daily build and report

nvidia-current-updates (304.43-0ubuntu0.1) is not offered by jockey, I tried
this but it appears the same as nvidia-experimental-304/310, where after
nvidia-xconfig then reboot, it shows a lower resolution(640x480).

Is nvidia-current-updates (304.43-0ubuntu0.1) offered by jockey? I recommend to
try to test this instead of nvidia-experimental drivers, as they are unstable
beta drivers.
