picard can't find /dev/cdrom
To manage notifications about
Picard uses libdiscid to get the default device, which previously
expected `/dev/cdrom` to be available on Linux.
Starting with libdiscid 0.6.0 it checks `/proc/sys/dev/cdrom/info` to find the
first CD drive.
