Sound is working fine again in Hardy. Works at every boot and is not

I have the same problem in M-Audio Revolution 5.1, but I cant get it
work fine at all. Sound is too slow.

Here is some additional info:
There seems to be some problem with the Multi Track Internal Clock which
causes the slow playback. Sometimes the clock frequency is not at the required
frequency after sound card initialization. It can, however, be reset manually
and sound works afterwards.
