Looks to me like this should be a sync, not a merge now. No?
The original Ubuntu diff was to demote blcr-dkms recommends to
suggests. The new Debian release drop recommends to suggests. The
resulting debian - ubuntu diff now actually adds a Suggests: blcr-
dkms where there was none instead of
